Purchased this to help cleanly cut diecast axles off of Hot Wheels. Works fine for what I needed it for. Doubtful it can handle anything thicker or harder than a hot wheels' axle though.This is great! It has very fine, sharp edges that allow you to grasp hold of whatever you're working with, whether used to pull nails (in this case, to replace heel taps) or clip wiring. Handy household tool for a great price.simple to useI tried a similar pair of these at my sister's house & liked them, so bought my own. They can take a bit of time to get used to, but now I believe I will have to get a second pair! For me, they are a bit too big (small hands), but still very easy to use. I love the way I can fit jump rings together - much easier than 2 small straight needle nose pliers! A very good purchase for my DIY jewelry!Center tension fell apart and I've given up on fixing these pliers constantly. Which is sad cuz they were perfect when I first got them. I can still use them but if you re doing more than hobby or occasional wire wrapping don't get these.Work well but horrible qualityFor no more than they cost, these worked good for what I needed them for.These are good for making jewelry, would buy them againif you're looking to cut 1 thing once, you'll be fine. If you want some clippers to last multiple uses, look elsewhere
