It arrived very well-packaged in a plastic bag and nestled in a square block of styrofoam. Not a scratch was on it. The dog statue is well glued to the 5 inch diameter dish. There is a slight one inch lip around the dish, so that your jewelry doesn’t slide out. The dog’s long tail is 2 inches long and can fit a lot of rings. Also, the dish can fit a watch, bracelets, and necklaces.The whole thing is made of ceramic and painted well. The description states it’s handmade. The paint can’t be scratched off with my fingernails. I am quite impressed by the quality. This would make a lovely gift for Mother’s Day, birthdays, or even in a bridal shower swag bag.This ring holder is great! I have been looking for a nightstand jewelry holder and this hit the jackpot.
