Likes: the necklace is on the heavier side but it is nice. It looked like it was pictured and held about 1/8teaspoon of ashes.Dislike: the funnel it came with was useless and clogged. Also did not come with something to poke the ashes through the funnel. Had to use a separate funnel from another company to load the ashes into the necklace.these people are very nice and helpful! the necklace was great!!!Great quality, I wear it just about every day!Definitely a great price!!Purchased for Daughter so she could have her Grandmother with her, she absolutely loves it.Its adorable but too small. Delivery time was sufficient.Not easy to transfer ashes into necklace even with the funnel they provide, Pretty jewelry, easy clasp.Was exactly wat the picture showedMy daughter loved it
